Patsy`s of Manitou in Manitou Springs

Not impressed with this place. A tiny box of popcorn was $10- super bummed with the flavor and the price. Definitely not worth the money

$8.60 for the most watery milkshake I’ve ever had. They also gave my milkshake to the wrong person and were rude when we asked about it.

Reading the reviews on this place is exactly the kind of treatment I got from the old lady behind the counter. Super rude, very unfriendly, major hag! I ordered two fountain drinks and 1lb bag of mixed flavor taffy. The lady was so rude I didn't even really look at the bag of candy but once I did I realized it was full of the worst of the worst taffy flavor possible. As if they mixed the bag to specifically get rid of the taffy no one wants. Super over priced and combined with the hag behind the counter... Never again!!

A tradition in Manitou older than me. Great place for a quick snack or a light meal. This place is an Icon and a huge Colorado Tradition.

I think that the candy is pretty decent, but the real prize are the chocolate covered pretzels that are covered in M&M’s. I’ve gone here a few times and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful!

My friend bought a bottled Sprite here for $3 and I got a funnel cake for over $10. Really? Talk about overpricing your products. I get it's an original candy shop that's been around for over 100 years but overpricing things like soda and super sweet unhealthy snacks is ridiculous and you're just taking advantage of the tourism here. Shop looks cool but that's pretty much it :/

We got 4 ice cream cones and a small box of popcorn and paid $32. Popcorn was stale and tasted terrible. The ice cream was okay, but not worth the price.

Always a good stop when in Manitou.

Amazing place for funnel cakes

One of the last places to serve Frito Chili Pie, plus a wide selection of other carnival style treats. Wonderful candies as well.

SHOCKED at the prices!!!! 18 bucks for two small drinks and a half a pound of taffy!!!! have grown up in Colorado Springs, my father grew up in Manitou so i have beem coming here for years today is the last dime they get until their pricing bwcomes reasonable!!! Absolutely, disappointing!!

My girlfriend and I stopped there after we grabbed some dinner down the road. We got some samples of 2 ice creams and then we decided to both get 1 scoop of the strawberry cheesecake in a waffle cone. Before the server got our cones she asked for payment first. Payment was around $18 and some change. Both perplexed, we just thought that was normal pricing. When she came back we had 2 scoops each. We ended up eating it and not complaining, but that doesn't mean I wont leave a review. It wasn't even busy as we were 1 of 2 couples at the counter. Please make sure your workers are listening appropriately and not to mess up orders which charge the customer a solid $5 more.

The old building does not bother me. The stale chocolate popcorn I decided not to purchase. I asked for a sample before making a decision. The lady working finally smiled at the end of our getting ice cream cones. The price is a little high but you are in a tourist town.

Patsy's has a little chocolate shop with Handmade Chocolates. They're pretty famous in Colorado. Very good but a bit expensive. There's no indoor seating. They do have a snack shop that's kind of set up like a food cart but it's actually a building. There are picnic tables in a gazebo behind the building with one of the springs of fresh soda water naturally occurring in Manitou. The Snack Shop sells soda, ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn, Taffy, funnel cake and other snacks. They are right in front of the coin rides for little ones at the arcade. If you've got kids you've got to stop!

Horrible! First of all the taffy was hard as a rock, Secondly I was unable to mix and match flavors and had to choose flavors I wanted and an employee filled my bag which resulted in mostly orange and vanilla hard candies! I was very annoyed since this was the second Patsys Candy store we visited. The first one was on 21st st and the only taffy they had was labeled 2nd rate and also hard. We found excellent chewable taffy in Manitou Springs at Goldminers Nuts and Candy and were able to mix our own bag with flavors of our choosing.

Priced way too high on most items. Service was good, watched a good team operate to get the food out. Then we got the food, if your going to charge 5 bucks for a burger make sure the bun is at least soft. There has to be other options and we will be seeking them out in light of the quality of food. I will pay for over priced festival food or renaissance food but this place is selling worst 5 dollar burgers I have ever had. Also the clerk saw my face when he told me it was 9 dollars for a double with a waffle cone at which point he apologized for the cost and said he would hook me up. The cone did feed all four of our kids to the point of wanting to move on which was nice, he earned the second star. If your still reading this look for another place to get a scoop or a bite, you will thank yourself for it.

Extremely disappointing. I've been coming here for over 15yrs. Tonight my husband and I came for date night on a Sunday night and the two girls were talking how they couldn't wait to start closing. They gave the lady ahead of us the completely wrong order. Then when I ordered 1 scoop of rocky road and was told it was $6.50 with an attitude, I was pretty disappointed. 1 scoop clearly said it was something else, plus the attitude of these two girls was just too much. There are 3 other better ice cream places in Manitou Springs to choose from that are cheaper with better service.

Paid almost $5 for a soft serve ice cream in a cup. It came in a small plastic cup that wasn’t even filled all the way. Complete waste of money. Place is very dirty and workers seem disinterested in delivering a quality product. Will NEVER be returning.

Candy Soda Favorite RedMy color is Red like Red

Paid over $10 for a tiny funnel cake. Two others had ordered the same and received larger portions. I brought it up, was backed up by the other employee. And was still told it was fine and what did I expect. Lile I expect to get what I paid for. She proceeded to be rude to me. Over priced basic funnel cake plus poor experience. Plenty of better places in manitou.

**Update: 12/26/19 had a wonderful time and a chocolate 🍫 meltdown Yummy at Patsy’s in Manitou! Bought extra chocolate rocks and more to take back as gifts to Texas ❄️🎄** A wonderful time! AMAZING!!! Diane is the BEST! She was soo nice and super funny! I was really craving some candy the other day and decided to check out the candy store and I am SOOO glad I did! It was AWESOME! I will definitely be back soon! I have told many people about it and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!! Thank you Diane!!!!!!

Nice vintage store on the busy tourist street. Taffy and popcorn.

Great gift shop with a wonderful owner/sales person with a smart doggie.

Open counter serve snack bar at little arcade / amusement park. Purchased funnel cake which was OK, but very overpriced. Observed other customers purchasing other items which were also overpriced. No place to sit. Other places seem much more customer friendly.

Found lots of candy's long forgotten. I made 3 trips around the store and found something new every time.

Terrible Food was stale service was rude. I remember when I loved this place... whoever owns this has some work to do. This place has become TRASH.

this is a tourist trap stay away from it for three people to eat burgers and have something to drink cost more than $42, the burger meat is as soggy as the buns are don't eat here there are plenty of other places in the vicinity that are much much better go to the loop o

We had a funnel cake which was fantastic but at 7.99 was a little pricey plus we had a med coke and that was 4.99..So 11 bucks for a waffle cake and a med coke..Yikes but otherwise waffle cake was great. Also eating under the canopy where Patsy's designated benches was nice. 3 stars for pricing but cake was good .

Just adorable, boardwalk type sweets, beside the Penny Arcade

This picture is no where near Patsy's but Patsy's is a fun place. Fresh made hot dogs serving Hebrew National all Beef Dogs. Candy of all kinds, Pretzels you get it. Long time staple of Manitou. Great fun place for food and drink a d an amazing Arcade behind the store. Very old, well maintained Arcade and a great place to hang and play.

Very good service and very good food. Prices are a little high.

The candy here is still just as amazing as 20 years ago, however, the food quality each time icome here is alittle worse each time and service is getting worse, but then, it's acandy shop at heart

Takes cash only AND does not carry much lacrosse intolerant ice cream. Sorbet and stuff like that

My family and I went to get icecream here, because I heard it was one of the best place in Manitou Springs; however the lady who placed my order ruined it all. She was very rude and especially with my family having to see it and notice it for themselves I will not get sweet treats from them again. She was rude receiving and handling my debit card as well as speaking in general. I will NOT go back to this place as there are many other places with better sweet desserts and with more respectful staff members that are hospitable.

Their fudge is amazing as well as their truffles.

We have always loved Patsy's Candy Shop and what better place to enjoy other than the Penny Arcade in Manitou, Colorado. Great Taffy in many different flavors, the popcorn variations are fantastic. Don't forget to grab a little fudge as well, trust me you won't be disappointed! Top quality candy and treats will keep you smiling from a local tradition in Manitou and Colorado Springs!

Worst place ever. Paid $7 for a cheeseburger and it was worse than the frozen ones at Dollar Tree (actually THE frozen Dollar Tree ones are about 5 times better.) $5 for a scoop of ice cream (and an extra $1.50 for a waffle cone). Oh and $4 for a 20 oz sprite (asked for medium which is on their menu but got a bottle.) Go ANYWHERE in Manitou besides this gross money trap.

I did not appreciate their political dollars on the wondows. In appropriate and it spoiled my taste for their products!!

Candies in the store are mouth watering. The little hot dog stand has typical ballpark style food.

$8 malt that does not come with a lid. It was alright but not for the cost nor the spill in my car.

Wonderful!!!Ice cream and their popcorn is what we bought. Love them both
